The League Champion will receive a free season for winning the Championship as well as high quality
team and individual player trophies. We are the only league that hosts an awards party at the
conclusion of each season. The RGFL will, also, host periodic 4-on-4 flag football tournaments
throughout the year.

The founder of the Run N Gun Flag-Football
League (RGFL), Randall Fields, started playing
and officiating in various flag football leagues
throughout the Midwest area in 1997. He became
extremely frustrated with the low level of
communication, disorganization, and field quality
associated with what every league had to offer. In
the summer of 2009, Randall decided to create a
league of the highest competition and quality, free
from the hassles that players had to deal with from
the other leagues. The league would be designed
by the players, for the players. In the Fall of 2009,
Randall put his experience and resources together
to bring the Omaha Metro area a new brand of
"Run-N-Gun" football for the 2010 season.
